  1. I was expecting the 40% off sale but not the extension of the 30% off. I checked exclusions but everything that was on my wishlist and excluded from previous promo is still excluded. Meh! In any case I placed an order yesterday for the MacKenzie crackled foil sandals, so I will wait for them to get here before ordering anything else. If someone tried/ordered the jumpsuit in the tropical fern print, I would love to hear a review! Thanks!

  2. The items I want are still excluded, too. I did order a pair of jeans with the free ship offer yesterday. I would have ordered more, had the items been included in the 30% off. I don't really need these items, so not willing to pay full price.
Love to hear if anyone has tried the jumpsuits, as well!

  3. Greetings JCAs - So, off topic, but really not off topic . . . Last Week Tonight with John Oliver on HBO focused their primary segment on fast fashion and the sketchy manufacturing processes that produce cheap and trendy clothes. The Gap, H&M, WalMart, and The Children's Place were spotlighted. This is probably not news to anyone reading _this_ blog, but I greatly appreciate the effort to disclose the relationship between consumer demand and supply chain management for a mainstream audience. Plus, he's funny. And helped me understand concepts like net neutrality, and how all the government surveillance programs work. Page link to the most recent show is here. From there you can go to a YouTube video of the fashion segment. Happy Monday! Jennifer http://www.hbo.com/#/last-week-tonight-with-john-oliver

    1. Ooh, this is sitting on the DVR, will watch tonight. He has the best "news" show on TV right now, hands-down. Thanks for the heads up!

  4. Pretty much the same continues...if I had wanted something on sale 30% or now $40% I would have already purchased it. A % of 10 more......I could careless. We will all not be surprised as things that were excluded will be discounted before the weather is here to wear them

  5. The one thing I want is excluded, too. The oxford jumper in black. Oh well. I'm still waiting for my order from the recent roll-out: the saint James tee and white wide-leg jean. Sucks it takes so long for the package to get to California..grrr.

  6. I ordered glass "catchall" tray for bedroom dresser - only $4.99 with code. Also Aztec clutch in blue and green woven pattern to carry for summer. Will look great with white jeans and bright summer colors.

  7. I ordered a dress. It has cutout circles all over it and it was included in sale! I am going to wear it for a wedding.

  8. I wanted to mention a hidden gem that I recently purchased, the cinched tank top in gray, looksike chambray irk. Much to my surprise when I tried it on instore it fit perfectly, so perfect in fact that I went back and ordered it in white. I also ordered the slim cargo pants in tall in green, I really wanted them in the coal gray color but they were sold out. Maybe they'll pop back.
