  1. I just got my rewards emailed to me, ladies!

And I just got my hibiscus flower rash guard and i really like it! Normally wear XS or S in shirts and I went with a S in this.

  3. Copying from my recent blog post:

A big thanks to Jim for shipping the skinny fleece pant for free. When I went to place my order the size and style were no longer available. I finalized my order without the pants. They popped back up the next day, so I called to see if they could be added to my previous order to avoid paying for shipping. The answer was no, but Jim was kind enough to override the shipping charges. That is the second time customer service has done this for me. If you are ever in that situation, give it a try.

  5. Ok, so my first purchase with Madewell was last week. I ordered the Sungarden Keds that I mentioned in a previous post, along with 2 Sungarden baseball caps. Well 2 days ago, the package arrives on my doorstep in this tiny box that weighs less than a lb. Somehow the shippers forgot the Keds, but included it on the invoice in the box. The box was even marked as weighing over 3 lbs. I was a little worried, since it would probably seem to customer service that all was included. I did an online chat and it took me less than 10 mins to have a new pair ordered with expedited shipping (no extra charges). How awesome is that?

Also super psyched about the popback of the long torso swimsuit in Sea Glass green. I have been wanting to try a long torso swimsuit for a while now, but the price or colors were never a match for me...until now! Woohoo!

  6. I've always been a fan of J. Crew's customer service. And this week they did not disappoint once again. A skirt I ordered at full price recently went down in price with new current online promo. So I called and no questions asked pulled up my order and sent in a request for a price adjustment, should get that soon. I love how helpful and knowledgable their reps are. Not like other stores where you know they're totally reading from a computer screen.

Btw, I've Gita giveaway going on my blog. Come and enter at Pigtails and Pearls

  7. Oh my! Just watching E! News, and they were showing the red carpet of The Great Gatsby in NYC...and guess who was on the red carpet...

    Jenna with her girlfriend Courtney!

They asked her what she's wearing, and she said J.Crew. The top, with light mauve colored feathers and dark gray slacks. Jenna's outfit looks amaze!
Courtney was also wearing a beaded top from J.Crew that was shown on J.Crew's fashion show.
Courtney looked awkward on the red carpet...

  10. I took a chance and ordered the navy pinstripe Memo dress on final sale in a size 2... Ideally I would be a size 3 but J.Crew doesn't do custom sizing so I'm always jumping between a 2 and a 4. It fits perfectly and is so much cuter than I had hoped. Just perfect for Easter services this weekend, happy Easter to my husband and all the other Greeks and Orthodox out there!

Sadly, the Collection Icon Trench didn't work out. It was adorable and fit very nicely in a 2 as well, but the seam under the right arm where the sleeve connects to the body of the coat was completely torn. So dissappointed and I need a coat for this weekend so I guess I'm off to Zara to buy their trench. I thought the collection trench would be way better quality than the zara, and it felt that way except for the huge torn seam. Made me realize I'd be much happier I pay $100 for the Zara and have it break down than $300 for the J.Crew and have to get it replaced immediately. If only a Burberry were in the budget!
