  1. I had a very positive experience today when I was able to reorder a hacking jacket that I ordered earlier in the week through we will find it for you...I got an email saying they found it and that it was on it's way. But the next day they sent me an oops email saying there were no more. Upset but realizing that this is certainly not the worst thing in life I decided to see if it was available and it was. So I called the hotline and they reordered it for me and gave me all the discounts from the previous order! Yeah! I'll get it soon because they shipping it the same day!

  3. I ordered a crepe skirt from J. Crew almost two months ago on final sale, and just got around to wearing it. When I went to put it on, I noticed a large run/snag in the fabric! I had never worn it and all the tags were still on it. I was pretty upset since I paid $79.99 for it on final sale, so I decided to send J. Crew an email. I didn't really expect anything out of it since it it was a final sale item that I purchased two months ago; at best I was hoping for store credit. I received an email reply within a couple hours with an apology saying that J. Crew stands behind their merchandise. Then they IMMEDIATELY refunded the money for the skirt including shiipping and tax ($94 total) and told me they would send me a prepaid shipping label for me to return the skirt at my convenience!

I was so impressed with this, I will definitely continue to be a J. Crew customer (of course) :) Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

    1. I bought a shirt from J.Crew factory and after just 2 wears all of the stitching along the bottom came out! I sent an email and they returned all of my money (including shipping) as well. I was VERY impressed that they were so considerate and quick. Way to go J.Crew!

  4. I was able to return a pair of Toothpicks on final sale because the zipper was almost an inch off center. They even reimbursed me for shipping from Canada. I was worried that I would have to keep them and deal with it. The whole process took awhile, but it was relatively painless.

    1. I have return more than a few final sale items from here in Canada if they were not in perfect condition...and yes they will reinverse you for the shipping costs. Once or twice they actually credited my visa right away. I liked that.

  5. I don't know if this sale will keep going on but the J.Crew Outlet North of Seattle was offering 50% off of everything yesterday. I would suggest calling your local store around midnight tonight (or whenever the Black Friday craziness starts), if you're curious, as ask if they are doing this where you are.

  6. I must say, I've been extremely pleased with J. Crew and J. Crew Factory lately. I've made five online orders in the last month (might have a problem!) and each one has arrived on my doorstep within five days, to Canada no less. I've received everything I ordered, it all fits me and I love all of it!

  8. I had the best experience at J.Crew this weekend! I had ordered 3 pairs of classic ballet flats while they were reduced to $98 about a week ago and then the 25% off sale started a few days later. I brought them in to be priced matched, which it said online they wouldn't, but they did anyways and one of the pairs had dropped really low and she gave me that price too. The sale's associate could not have been nicer! I was so happy!
